KATHMANDU: The South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) has scheduled the start of the SAFF U-20 Football Championship for today. Teams from Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, the Maldives, and Bhutan compete in the competition.
Nepal will play Sri Lanka in the opening round on Sunday. Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh play in Group A, while defending champion India is in Group B, along with the Maldives and Bhutan.
All matches in the tournament will be played at the ANFA Complex in Satdobato, with teams competing for the regional championship title.
