KATHMANDU: Sewa Lamsal, the Foreign Secretary of Nepal, invited India's Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, who arrived in Kathmandu on Sunday on a two-day official visit. The significance of this diplomatic effort was shown when Secretary Lamsal greeted Misri at the VIP terminal upon his arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport.
