KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel has nominated Sudheer Bhattarai, Nepal's present Resident Ambassador to France, as the non-resident ambassador to Monaco. The decision was made according to the Council of Ministers' proposal and in accordance with Article 282(1) of Nepal's Constitution, as stated by the President's Office.
This announcement expands Bhattarai's diplomatic obligations to Monaco, in addition to his current job as ambassador to France, reflecting Nepal's diplomatic attempts to improve relations with both nations within the terms of the constitution.
