PM Dahal and Modi hold bilateral meeting in New Delhi

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', currently on an official visit to India, held a meeting with his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on Sunday evening in New Delhi. During the meeting, Prime Minister Dahal extended congratulations to Prime Minister Modi on assuming office for the third consecutive term and expressed optimism about the further enhancement of Nepal-India relations during his tenure.

Various bilateral issues and mutual concerns between Nepal and India were discussed in the meeting. Both leaders deliberated on the implementation of past agreements and understandings signed between the two countries.

Prime Minister Dahal also attended Prime Minister Modi's swearing-in ceremony on Sunday evening. His daughter Ganga Dahal, Minister for Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Padam Giri, Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal, and other senior government officials are accompanying him on the visit. Prime Minister Dahal is scheduled to return home later today.
