A new five-bed hospital has been completed in Histan Aula, Ward No. 7 of Annapurna Rural Municipality, at a cost of Rs 60 million under the Intensive Urban Development and Building Project.
Ward Chair Mailan Pun said the previous health post was at risk of landslides, prompting the construction of the new facility. Service preparations are now underway.
The building also includes staff housing, and five locals, including Harka Bahadur Garbuja, donated five ropanis of land for the project.
