KATHMANDU: Employees of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development have continued their protest, citing a lack of attention to their demands from the authorities. Despite a request for additional time from Minister Ram Nath Adhikari to address the issues, the employees resumed their protest on Wednesday.
The protesters, who have not received promotions following their adjustment, are staging a sit-in at the ministry's entrance. Their demands include maintaining the permanent posts for 328 employees and filling any vacant positions on a regular basis.
