KATHMANDU: In a public notification on Monday, the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) said that 18 suppliers and construction contractors have been placed on an official blacklist. The Public Procurement Act of 2007's Section 63 (9) is followed by this action.
For the length of the blacklisting, which goes into effect right away, the named contractors and suppliers will not be allowed to participate in any public entity procurement processes.
The decision made by the PPMO is indicative of its dedication to upholding accountability and integrity in public procurement procedures.
