KATHMANDU: On Monday afternoon, a bus accident in Bankas Basa, Shivaraj Municipality-1 of Kapilvastu, resulted in 26 people being injured. The bus, registered as Lu 1 Kha 1598, was traveling from Surkhet to Narayanghat when the accident occurred.
According to DSP Hari Bahadur Oli from the District Police Office Kapilvastu, all 26 injured passengers are currently receiving treatment at hospitals in Chandrauta. Further details about the accident are still pending.
