KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) held a Central Committee (CC) meeting today at its central office in Banasthali, Kathmandu.
During the meeting, General Secretary Dr. Mukul Dhakal made a notable statement by attending with black tape over his mouth, placed on top of his mask. This silent protest was in response to his request to telecast the meeting live, which was not granted by RSP Chairman Rabi Lamichhane.
Party leader Kabindra Burlakoti revealed that the meeting included a discussion on the review report submitted by Dr. Dhakal to Chairman Lamichhane last Wednesday, detailing the party’s activities across 38 districts.
Additionally, the meeting addressed the latest political developments within the party and beyond.
