Nepalese nationals living in Lebanon have received a warning from their government, asking them to exercise caution and remain vigilant in the face of the increasing violence in the Middle East. In light of the growing turmoil in the region, particularly following Israel's recent attacks on Hezbollah strongholds, this warning is issued.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized its commitment to protecting the safety of Nepali citizens in Lebanon in a news release on Tuesday. The ministry declared that Nepali people currently living in the country are safe, despite the worsening conditions in recent weeks that have been made worse by greater regional tensions involving Iran, Israel, and other parties.

The ministry has supplied contact details for Nepalis who need assistance in Lebanon. It is advised for citizens to get in touch if they need emergency assistance or further information. For this aim, the following contacts have been shared:

Nepali Embassy in Cairo

Consulate of Nepal in Beirut

Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kathmandu

The safety and welfare of its residents living overseas continue to be a top priority for the Nepali government, which is still keeping a careful eye on the situation. The authorities stress the significance of remaining aware and ready for any possible developments as tensions in Lebanon continue to rise.
