The Office of the President released a statement stating that the subjects of discussion during the cordial visit covered issues of shared interest and concern about the bilateral relations between China and Nepal. President Paudel emphasized China's major contributions to Nepal's development aspirations over multiple decades, recognizing China's enduring position as a vital development partner for Nepal.
Vice Minister Sun's official visit to Nepal, which began on Monday, included his participation in the 16th meeting of the Nepal-China Foreign Secretary Level Diplomatic Consultation Mechanism held during his stay.
