KATHMANDU: The Bagmati Province Assembly is set to convene on September 22, as announced by Speaker Bhuwan Kumar Pathak. During this meeting, three significant bills will be tabled for discussion and approval.
The bills include amendments to the province health act, a bill on provincial agricultural development, and legislation concerning the establishment and operation of a provincial handicraft village.
The Assembly Secretariat has organized the session with the aim of passing all three bills after thorough discussions. To ensure smooth proceedings, a meeting of the province advisory committee has been called to finalize the agenda for the assembly session.
This upcoming session follows the previous Province Assembly meeting, which was held on July 30.
