KATHMANDU: An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.9 struck near Darma in the Mugu district early this morning, according to the National Earthquake Measurement and Research Center in Lainchaur. The tremor occurred at 4:40 am, with the epicenter pinpointed in Darma, Mugu.
A number of minor earthquakes have lately occurred in Nepal. Previously, Tapethok, Taplejung, a steep area in eastern Nepal, had another earthquake.
