KATHMANDU: Three ladies from Tulsipur sub-metropolis-9, Kamala KC (45), Sita Kumari Bhandari (53), and Sarita Bhandari (18), were wounded this morning while harvesting mushrooms in Nawadurga Community Forest by a tiger. According to Police Inspector Prakash Thapa of the Tulsipur Area Police Office, the tiger attacked them when they were on their tour.
Kamala received minor injuries to both of her hands, Sita to her back and abdomen, and Sarita to her right hand. The injured women are presently receiving care at Rapti Provincial Hospital in Tulsipur.
